The Dreyer Foundation supports projects and initiatives aimed at promoting the development of the legal and architectural professions and their interation with society. Areas of priority are: Development of the professions, further education and communication.

The Dreyer Foundation grants an Honorary Award totaling 800,000 kr. to a lawyer and an architect who has made a particularly valuable contribution within his or her field.

The Dreyer Foundation Honorary Award 2015 was granted to COBE by architect Dan Stubbergaard and lawyer Lida Hulgaard.

The Honorary Award for architects was presented to COBE by Dan Stubbergaard for the studio’s brilliant ability to embrace the city’s daily life in unpretentious and animating frames.

The Honorary Award for lawyers was presented to Lida Hulgaard for at a high professional level and with great courage and commitment to have contributed to the development of tax law, and to have raised important societal problems at the legal and political agenda.

The Dreyer Foundation Honorary Award was first presented in 1982.

The Honorary Award ceremony 2015 took place in Valencia, Vesterbrogade 32 in Copenhagen on 11 March.

The Honorary Award 2014

Dreyer Foundation presented Thursday, March 6, 2014 the Honorary Award to lawyer Per Magid and architects Frank Maali and Gemma Lalanda.

The Honorary Award for lawyers was presented to Mr. Per Magid because he has been a lighthouse throughout his prominent lawyer career with strong professional competences and high integrity.

The Honorary Award for architects was presented to Mr. Frank Maali and Mrs. Gemma Lalanda for their empathetic and imaginative transformations of historic buildings and urban spaces.
